Cookies Policy
This page explains the use of cookies, local storage and similar technologies in Happylinx.
This translation is provided for clarity. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version is the legal reference.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that are downloaded to the user's device when they access certain web pages. They can allow a website to function correctly, remember preferences, keep an active session, reinforce security or facilitate technical processes necessary to provide a service.
2. Responsible
The person responsible for the website https://happylinx.com is Real Estate Hub S.L., CIF B13886080, with address at Calle de Rodríguez San Pedro 2, floor 6, office 606, 28015 Madrid, Spain. Happylinx is the commercial brand under which Real Estate Hub S.L. provides the service. General contact: hola@happylinx.com. Support: soporte@happylinx.com. Privacy: privacidad@happylinx.com.
3. What cookies does Happylinx use?
Happylinx uses technical or necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the website and for providing the service requested by the user. They do not require prior consent when they are strictly necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of the requested service.
Happylinx may also use Google Analytics 4 analytical cookies only on public pages and only when the user has expressly accepted the analytics category. Analytics is disabled by default.
4. Purposes of necessary cookies
- Allow web browsing.
- Maintain service security.
- Remember essential preferences, language and cookie consent.
- Manage sessions or necessary technical states.
- Allow the purchasing process to function.
- Prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.
- Maintain the technical stability of the platform.
- Facilitate the use of manager, guest or recipient links when necessary.
5. Analytical, advertising or marketing cookies
With prior consent, Happylinx uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure aggregated use of public pages, understand which pages are visited, detect technical navigation issues and improve the public content of the website.
The legal basis for these analytical cookies is consent. The user can accept, reject or withdraw consent at any time from the cookie preferences available in the footer. If consent is withdrawn, Happylinx will stop sending new analytics events and, where technically possible, delete first-party Google Analytics cookies associated with the domain.
Google Analytics 4 may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* with a usual duration of up to 2 years, unless the user deletes them earlier or withdraws consent. Happylinx configures Google Analytics so that it is not downloaded and does not send events before analytics acceptance and so that it does not run on private routes or routes with tokens.
The use of Google Analytics may involve processing by Google and possible international transfers. Happylinx uses this tool with consent and in accordance with the safeguards and conditions applicable by Google. More information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Happylinx does not currently install advertising or marketing cookies on happylinx.com. Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and other advertising pixels are not installed in this phase.
6. Third party cookies
Some features may depend on external providers needed to provide the service, such as payment providers, technical infrastructure, database, storage or email delivery. In particular, the payment process is carried out through Stripe, which may use technologies necessary for security, fraud prevention and payment processing within its own payment environment or flow. Google may process data when the user accepts Google Analytics 4 analytical cookies on public pages. Happylinx does not fully control the cookies that may be placed by external providers on their own domains or environments. The user can consult the privacy and cookie policies of these providers for more information.
7. Managing cookies from the browser and from Happylinx
The user can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or configure preferences from the cookie banner. The user can also reopen the preferences from the footer to withdraw analytics consent.
The user can allow, block or delete cookies from their browser settings. How to do this depends on the browser used and these options are generally found in the privacy or security settings. Blocking technical or necessary cookies may affect the operation of the website and make some Happylinx features unavailable or not work properly.
8. Changes to the Cookies Policy
Happylinx may update this Cookies Policy to adapt it to legal, technical or operational changes. The applicable version will be the one published on the website at all times.
